Quality & Execution Process
We have clearly stipulated execution process for efficiently executing an order. The process is explained as below.
Process of Compilation of Order Input and Associated Technical Informations :
By this process we are ensuring that each and every information given by our customers is taken into account for processing.
Hard and Soft Copy Compilation and Filling Process:
This again ensures the easy retrieval of information and better service in responding to customers requirement.
Re-Source Allocation Process:
On receipt of the Order, we will review and allocate the re-sources required for the project. This will ensure that the time-frame for each project is taken-care by proper planning.
Review Process:
Technical review - By reviewing the customer specification, SLD, Other technical documents & Reference (or) Existing drawings a report will be generated. If there is any deviation in the specification then it will be filtered-out at the start of the Project itself. This will avoid Major Technical / delivery schedule problems at a later stage of the Project execution.
Time review - By reviewing the time required to execute the Project, we can decide the resources required to meet the customer delivery date. This will ensure that the sufficient time and resources are made available for each project for timely execution.
Clarifications - All the clarifications required for completing the project will be compiled in a clarification request format and sent to customer. This brings a clarity in understanding the specific requirements of customer and also the final output will be as per customers satisfaction.
Drawing Preparation and Checking Process:
We are following a standard process for preparation and checking the drawings. This will ensure that all drawings prepared by us will be consistent, good in presentation and quality.
Drawing Submission Process:
Final output will be sent to customers using a document control register. This ensures that customer gets the complete list of information about the documents.
Customer Feedback Process:
We request each customer to give us feedback in a specified format regarding various stages of execution of the Project. By this feedback we are constantly improving our services to customers.
Customer Complaints:
We are registering all customer complaints. Each and every complaint will be analyzed and necessary action will be initiated to rectify the problem. And if required we will change our system to ensure that there is no repetition of the same in any other Projects.
By following this execution process we are very consistent in meeting the customer requirements and maintaining a good quality output.
